How to vote after 6 days of erepublik:
- join eRepublik
- upload profile avatar: 2 EP
- get a job: 5 EP -> level 2: the citizen could train
- train: 1 EP
- work: 1 EP
- buy 6 food units (you can buy them 1 / day, but it's better to have the food in your inventory)

After the first day the citizen should have: 2+5+1+1 = 9EP

for the next 6 days the citizen should
train +work+consume food = 3points / day

2nd day: 9+3 = 12 -> level 3
3rd day: 12+3 = 15 -> level 4
4th day: 15+3 = 18
5th day: 18+3 = 21
6th day: 21+3 = 24
7th day: 24+3 = 27 -> level 5: the citizen could fight!!!

in the 7th day change your residence in a conflict/war area/country and fight 4times
1st fight: 27+2 = 29
2nd fight: 29+2 = 31
3rd fight: 31+2 = 33
4th fight: 33+2 = 35 -> level 6: the citizen is able to vote!!!
